We are now looking for a Sales Leader for our Grocery Department who wants to develop and drive the department forward – with the customer's best interests in focus!

About the role

As a Sales Leader at ICA Supermarket Waxholm, you will play a key role in the store's daily operations. You will lead and plan the work within your department to ensure an inspiring and well-stocked store with a high level of service. Together with your team, you will actively work to achieve the store's goals and create an attractive customer experience.

We are looking for someone who is goal-oriented, structured, and has a strong commitment to retail. You have experience working in the grocery industry and thrive in a role where you can combine strategic thinking with operational work.

Your main responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the daily operations of the grocery department, including product picking and ordering
• Ensure that shelves and displays are well-stocked and appealing
• Work with assortment planning and seasonal variations
• Drive sales through active planning and follow-up of the department's results
• Ensure that routines for shrinkage, self-control, and food handling are followed
• Lead and inspire your team to create a positive work environment
• Monitor customer flows and adjust the department's work for the best possible service

We are looking for you who:

• Have previous experience in grocery retail, preferably in a leadership role
• Have a good understanding of sales, assortment planning, and product flows
• Thrive in a role where you can take responsibility and drive development
• Have the ability to plan, prioritize, and organize for efficient operations
• Are service-oriented and passionate about providing customers with a positive experience
• Have good computer skills and the ability to analyze sales data
